Not just in formal roles, but in how we live, create, and contribute.
Many of the leaders and professionals I work with are feeling called to bring more integrity, inclusion, and authenticity into their organisations and decision-making.
There is a growing desire not just to succeed — but to contribute meaningfully.
✨ A Reflection from Recent Work
At our recent Astrology Workshop, we created space for participants to explore where they naturally shine, what motivates them, and how they can better support themselves.
The feedback was powerful.
One participant, who had recently left a full-time role, shared that she felt a sense of safety — not because everything was certain, but because she could see she was moving toward something more aligned with her values.
Others described the experience as illuminating and even life-changing.
What stood out most was this:
When we understand ourselves more deeply, we are better able to navigate change with confidence.
A Final Thought
At the recent Academy Awards, Jessie Buckley thanked her parents for:
“Teaching her how to dream and come from her own passion.”
That feels particularly relevant now.
Because in a world that is changing,
our ability to dream, create, and act from what matters to us
is not just personal — it is powerful.
