Embracing Our Opportunities -Embracing Change Aug 2021

It’s been a while since I have touched base!

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been busy digesting the many changes that have been happening in my own life and in the world. It’s been stressful, challenging, creative, amazing and adaptive. We are all, I believe, responding in the best way that we as individuals can.

We all know that a number of concerning things have been happening – environmentally and with the pandemic – that have created social tension. Every one of us is trying to figure out which option gives us the best way to move forward, based on the information we have, and where we are at in our lives, individually and collectively.

There are a number of real and pressing issues coming to the fore right now, related to our choices and freedoms alongside what is considered to be for the common good. Many of us have made changes to our lives, or are considering how best to adapt to our changing world.

You all know by now that one of my greatest passions is about finding new ways to sculpt a life that aligns with who we truly are. The idea behind this process is that by engaging in it, we will be more aligned to our deepest truths, and will be more present in our relationships with each other, nature, and the planet.

In the midst of the challenges that have arisen in my own life and work, I am remembering that many exciting developments are happening … and many more are yet to come.

New initiatives and small businesses are popping up in empty spaces, people are meeting and reconnecting in the outdoors, and we are all finding new ways to travel and enjoy time with our families. We have shown huge resilience.

Yes, we have borne the cost of losing physical connection and coming together for important occasions and endings, but I think the losses that have occurred over the last year are opening space for us all to be living in a way that is more fully aligned with our values and desires. This time has offered us an opportunity to deeply harmonise our relationships.

My hope for you this week is that you are able to find the potential in the empty spaces and the spark of hope that comes with rebuilding something – whether it be a business, a connection, or your relationship with yourself.

The possibilities are endless.

Coming Soon

Virtual classroom and new groups offering support for those wanting help with their courageous next step

In September I will be bringing fresh initiatives to life by starting up new groups and a very special podcast – more to follow on this!

These initiatives are right for you if you are feeling a little stuck and dissatisfied, or are seeking to make changes to your life. The new groups are all about helping you to take your dreams seriously and listen to the rumblings of your heart.

In the meantime…

Let’s keep aligning with who we really are, and stay connected with our vulnerability and strength.

Build connections with people who can support you through this difficult time.

Seek out those who are like minded. Build your tribe.

Watch out for fear, as this can cause us to freeze or stagnate. Fear can lead us to contract our energy, restricting our sense of open-mindedness and possibility.

Let’s strive to see beyond what is in front of us. Let’s see beyond fear and negativity, so we can relish our ever-present opportunities to make changes!
